Hello,

My name is Regina I hold different roles within the company. I am the owner, lead instructional designer, project manager, and training manager for JPR Training.  JPR Training is a small, full-service, training business established in January 2023. Even though the company was established in 2023, I have over 25 years of experience in the training field.

Over my 25-year career in training, I have led several statewide training initiatives including:

• In-person supervision model
• IT transition,
• Created and implemented several multi-week long training programs

The combination of my experience as a trainer, training manager, project manager, and Instructional designer has given me a plethora of experiences.

My overall goal is to assist my clients with meeting their goals. One of the best attributes of my company is you will not have to outsource different parts of a training initiative, due to my varied background and experience. I have experience in multiple delivery platforms such as Canvas, Google Classroom and/or your proprietary Learning Management System (LMS). 

I have successfully led over 15 statewide training initiatives ranging from creating job aids to an overhaul of an IT system transitioning from paper to automated system. As a training professional, I especially enjoy working with Subject Matter Experts and assisting organizations in assessing their training needs.

I am committed to creating and providing training that impacts the lives of individuals by helping them grow from learning.  JPR Training provides training that is tailored to individual and organizational needs.
